Regarding the letter sent to you from Clr. Colin Williams (Mayor of Narberth) about the seat donated by Paul and Bev Harries in memory of their young daughter Shelley.
It is very obvious that the lady concerned did not know her. She was a joy to know in her very short lifetime, and any other local person would not have had any problem putting up a plaque in her name any place in Narberth.
