A teenager from Whitland that had been reported missing since Sunday, has been found safe and well police have said.

There had been growing concern over the whereabouts of sixteen-year-old Courtney Norris, after reports of her taking a train to Carmarthen from her home in Whitland on Sunday morning.

“We would like to thank members of the public for their support and for sharing our appeals on social media,” said a police spokesperson.
