Tenby Coastguard Rescue team along with HM Coastguard St.Govans were paged to assist Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust paramedics on Saturday (October 10) to locate and evacuate a casualty from the coast path near Swanlake Bay.

The teams searched the foot path and managed to locate the casualty to the west of Westmoor farm.

Paramedics then provided on scene medical care before the casualty was placed into a stretcher and carried from the location back to awaiting land ambulance for transporting to hospital for further care.
