A Saundersfoot motorist has been banned from driving for 12 months after failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when stopped on suspicion of drink driving.
Thirty-five-year-old Alina Mihaela Ion, of The Ridgeway, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Friday (April 27), after denying the offence at a hearing in March, but changed her plea to guilty before the trial proceeded.
The defendant was charged with the offence on March 11 after she was stopped in her vehicle by police in Haverfordwest.
Magistrates disqualified Mrs. Ion from driving for 12 months and fined her £180 for the offence.
She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £200 and a £30 victim surcharge.
