A Saundersfoot man has been given 10 points on his driving licence after failing to provide a specimen to police.
Forty-six-year-old Jason Lloyd appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, charged with failing to provide a specimen of blood for a test, when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle in Haverfordwest, on August 27.
Magistrates issued Mr. Lloyd with 10 penalty points on his driving licence, and fined him £405 for the offence. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £32 victim surcharge.
