Police have released updated information following an appeal made on a male that was seen in water off St Davids Head last month.

“Following on from the incident on May 6 where an unidentified male was seen in the water off St Davids Head, in Pembrokeshire, Dyfed-Powys Police now believe that this male is Bernard Hoepffner, a resident of Dieulefit in Southern France,” said a police spokesperson.

“If anyone has any information concerning the movements of Mr. Hoepffner they are asked to contact Dyfed Powys Police by phoning 101.
