Police in Tenby are appealing for witnesses who may have seen a serious assault take place in the town during the early hours of Sunday.
Officers were called to a disturbance outside a licensed premises on St Georges Street, Tenby, at around 12.20am on Sunday, December 18.A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and wounding without intent and is currently on police bail.Two men sustained facial injuries during the incident and received medical treatment.
Any person who was in the locality and witnessed the assault are asked to contact the PC 496 Griffiths-Moses at Tenby Police Station on 101.
Police are also investigating another assault that occurred in the centre of Tenby on Friday, December 9.
At 10 pm, two males in Tudor Square have been seen arguing in the street, one of the men has then punched the second male to the head and then kicked him whilst on the floor.
“Any information relating to the identity of persons involved would be greatly appreciated,” said a police spokesperson.
“Police remind the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour within the community,” they added.
