A Pembroke man charged with an offence under the Sexual Offences Act will appear at Swansea Crown Court next month.

Forty-one-year-old Gareth Thomas James Flynn, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Wednesday, charged with approaching a fourteen-year-old girl who was unsupervised on public transport in the Carmarthenshire area on November 2.

Mr. Flynn is alleged to have engaged the girl in conversation, an act that he was prohibited from doing by a sexual offences prevention order made by Swansea Crown Court on November 18, 2014

He has been remanded in to custody until his next court appearance at Swansea Crown Court, on Friday, December 6.
