A Narberth man accused of driving his motorcycle dangerously is set to appear at Swansea Crown Court next month.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jacob James Robinson Clud, of Whitley Farm, entered no plea to a charge of dangerously driving his Honda Motorcycle on the A40 near Narberth on April 2, when he appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Further charges of wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty; and failing to stop when required were withdrawn by the prosecutor at the same hearing.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and the defendant who was released on unconditional bail will now appear at Swansea crown court on July 26.
