Two Milford men have been charged in court after police officers found a quantity of drugs at the premises they resided at.
Twenty-four-year-old Kyle Michael Hudd, and thirty-one-year-old Nathan Ensor Jones, both of Meyler Crescent, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to plead guilty to drugs possession offences.
Mr. Hudd admitted possessing three tablets of MDMA, and 26 grammes of cannabis; whilst Mr. Jones pleaded guilty to possessing 109 grammes of cannabis, and 28.7 grammes of Amphetamine.
Prosecutor Ellie Morgan told the court that police executed a warrant under the misuse of drugs act at the address on January 14 and recovered the quantity of drugs.
“Both were arrested and accepted that the drugs where for their own personal use,” she said.
Defence solicitor Jonathan Webb told the court that each defendant had their own ‘personal stash’.
“They were holding a small party at their house, it was entirely recreational. Both have been referred to the Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service (DDAS) since,” explained Mr. Webb.
Both defendants were ordered to pay £315 each in fines and costs by magistrates.
