Police are investigating a burglary in Manorbier.

Sometime betweem 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on April 23, access was gained to the clubhouse and function room of Meadowside, Clay Park, and damage caused to a pool table and a gambling machine. A quantity of change was also removed from them, as well as a quantity of cash from the safe and till.

Also taken during the burglary were the following items: a gold sapphire ring, a gold ruby ring, a Clogau gold Welsh gold ring, a gold band with semi-precious stones, a gold double chain necklace, a gold link bracelet, a Victorian gold crown piece/coin, a 1945 threepenny piece, various old coins of various denominations, a gold charm bracelet containing 10 charms (a gold spyglass containing ‘the Lord’s prayer’, a gold rugby ball, a gold camel, a gold box containing a folded £5 note, a gold half sovereign, a gold angel, a gold basket, a gold 21 key, a gold locket, a gold heart shaped lock/clasp

Police are asking members of the public who were in the area at the time of the offence to contact PC494 Williams with details of anything suspicious they may have seen via the 101 system.

If anyone is offered items matching the descriptions of those listed above, Dyfed-Powys Police are encouraging members of the public to also report this to the officer in charge of the case.
