A thirty-eight-year-old man arrested on Friday, August 1 in the Kilgetty area, on suspicion of threats to kill and possession of a firearm with intent to cause harm - has been released on conditional bail, while further enquiries are carried out, police have confirmed.

Officers from Dyfed-Powys Police acted shortly after 9am on the date in question, executing a warrant at a house in Lyndhurst Aveneu, Broadmoor, Kilgetty, with a high police presence remaining in the area during the day.

“A thirty-eight-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill and possession of a firearm with intent to cause harm and remains in custody,” said a police spokesperson on the day of the incident.

“We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this matter,” they added.
