Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information following a two vehicle collision in Carmarthenshire, where a twenty-nine-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs and currently remains in police custody.
Police attended a two vehicle collision on the A40 at Manordeilo on Tuesday, July 22, where a white Lexon van and a grey Volkswagon were involved in a collision at about 8.15am this morning.
Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance. The road was closed, with diversions in place, and reopened at 10.35am.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs and currently remains in police custody.”
