Three members of Tenby Fire Station have received long service awards from Simon Jenkins, area commander for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
Richard ‘Jammy’ James received his 35-year service medal - albeit three years late! He’s actually served 38 years and has sons Chris and Marc serving alongside him.
Johnny Morris received his 30-year award after serving as a full-time firefighter in Haverfordwest for 22 years and Pembroke Dock for eight years, before joining Tenby station as a retained firefighter three-and-a-half years ago, while triathlete fundraising hero Nicky Rees received his 20-year service award.
