Magistrates issued an arrest warrant for a Manorbier man this week after he failed to appear in court to answer a series of driving offences.
Forty-seven-year-old Stephen Rochester, of Dewing Avenue, was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with driving a VW Caddy on North Street, Pembroke Dock on October 26 after exceeding the prescribed limit of alcohol.
Mr. Rochester is also alleged to have used a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence; and using a vehicle in a public place without third party insurance.
Magistrates issued a warrant for Mr. Rochester’s arrest to secure his attendance in court.
