Pictured is Mrs. Jenny Williams from Martletwy, who recently celebrated her 90th birthday, at the RAOB Club Kilgetty.

Jenny very unselfishly did not want any presents and requested any donations go to Diabetes UK (Cymru), a charity that is very close to her heart, which she has been supporting for the past 23 years, since her grandson became a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic.

Due to the generosity of all relatives and friends, the grand total of £1,011 was raised for which the charity is very grateful.

A close family member told us that Mrs. Williams was the first on the dance floor and the last off! It is lovely to see such an active, alert lady, and we wish her all the very best of good health for her future years.
