Haverfordwest Round Table has teamed up with Lesley and Anthony Davies, owners of Milton Manor, to host a Family 4 x 4 Adventure Day.

All proceeds will go to the Noah's Ark Appeal - a fund to build Wales's first children's hospital - and the organisers hope to help Pembrokeshire achieve the county's £100,000 target. So far, £97,000 has been raised.

The event will take place on Sunday, November 17, at Milton Manor and on surrounding farmland, including Stephen's Green and Windsor Farms.

Sponsorship has also been provided by Greens Motors (Land Rover), Fred Rees Garages (Mitsubishi) and Geraint Jones (Isuzu), who will all be displaying vehicles on the day.

People with 4 x 4 vehicles are invited to drive off-road in a variety of conditions, on a 10-mile course. The event will suit all levels of experience and vehicles must be road-legal.

The entry fee is £25 per vehicle and all proceeds will go to the Noah's Ark Appeal.

Clay shooting and paint ball target shooting facilities as well as a children's play area will be available. Visitors will also have the opportunity to be driven around the advanced off-road course by a qualified instructor.
