The 12 Healthy Days of Christmas finale is here!

Every working day since December 4 staff, partners, volunteers and school children from across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire have been singing a different healthy tip.

The full version of the 12 Healthy Days of Christmas is now available and has also been posted on the health board's You Tube site.

Teresa Owen, director of public health, said: "The first eight healthy days received about 7,000 hits. It is great to see so many people enjoying our healthy messages and hopefully taking the advice on board.

"The festive period is a busy time for everyone, but hopefully our 12 healthy days of Christmas has shown you that making healthy changes don't have to be arduous.

"The health board has pledged to help make people's lives healthier and our Healthy Wednesday campaign will continue to give you simple steps on how to make small changes."

Chris Wright, director of corporate services, said: "I would like to say a thank you to all our staff, partners and volunteers who gave up their time to star in our campaign. We couldn't have done it without you!"
