Community co-ordinator for Wales Air Ambulance in Pembrokeshire, Tony Key OBE, met with latest centenarian, Mrs. Gwendoline Hood, at Narberth on Friday.

Mrs. Hood presented him with the money she had received in lieu of presents for her 100th birthday on Saturday, April 16.

She was delighted that her friends had contributed £184.46 to her favourite charity, the Wales Air Ambulance.

Mrs. Hood has been supporting the WAA for many years and has handed over her birthday money in the past when she reached her 90th and 95th birthdays.
