Whitland Youth 10 pts. Pembroke Youth nil

Whitland Youth gained revenge for the loss earlier in the season by beating Pembroke in a rearranged league match at home last Saturday by 10 points to nil, scoring an unconverted try in each half.

In the first, centre Dan Lewis got the touchdown and in the second, winger Courtney Bowman crossed for Whitland's other try.

PLATE SEMI-FINAL

Whitland Ladies reached the semi-final of the Welsh Plate competition by beating visiting Dolgellau Ladies by 34 points to nil, scoring six tries in the process.

Sara Medeni Davies crossed twice and Hannah Richards, Nat Walsh, Emma Summons and Elin ap Hywel scored one each, with Cath Davies converting two.
