Twenty-one ladies of all abilities enjoyed this Stableford Competition on Sunday, in beautiful sunshine.

This year there was a draw for playing partners. It was good to see the weekend players and the weekday players inter-mixing. They all came back to the clubhouse smiling, so I expect there will be another draw next time.

The winner with 38 points was Fair Ball, runner-up with 37 points was Rhian Walters and Laura McQueen was third with 36 points.

Fair reduced her handicap to 18. She thanked Ann Marsden for presenting the trophy, the green staff for their work on the course and her playing partner Amber Thomas.
