Tenby Dolphins took part in a swimming competition at Llanelli pool recently.

Nine-year-old Elizabeth Davis won an amazing four gold medals competing.

Elsewhere, twelve-year-old Jessica Williams won three gold medals, as well as a silver and a bronze; whilst Lily Morgan (also twelve) won a gold, two silvers and a bronze.

Nine-year-old Jessica Henwood also grabbed herself a bronze medal, whilst Ffion and Isla Griffiths also swam absolutely amazingly well, with all achieving personal bests.
