The first round of the WWFA Intermediate Cup took place over the weekend, with Narberth going through after beating Penclawdd at home.
The Bluebirds prevailed 3-1 thanks to a brace from Tony Evans and one from player/manager Matthew Price.
St. Clears are also through after they demolished Solva 5-2. The Saints' fine form continued with another impressive win as Sean Seymour-Davies scored twice, with the other goals coming from Steve Thomas, Daniel Ramsey and an own goal to compound Solva's misery.
Angle were embroiled in a tight game at home to Resolven and form was with the hosts as they crept through 5-4, while goals from Ashley Smith and Sam Goodwin were not enough to prevent Carew from going down to their first defeat of the season at the hands of Malsters Sports
Pennar Robins went through by virtue of penalties after winning that shoot-out with Hakin United 6-5 following the 3-3 scoreline at ful-time, while Saundersfoot Sports and Tenby lost in their first round matches.
The Sports went down 7-1 at the hands of Goodwick United, with Tenby losing at the hands of Swansea Dockers 3-1.
St. Florence were left red-faced after conceding the most amount of goals on the day after a 14-1 loss at West End.
In league action, Tenby seconds lost to Goodwick United 3-1, while Kilgetty went down to their third defeat of the season as Pennar Robins' seconds crept past them after a 1-0 win, while Narberth seconds defeated leaders Lamphey 4-3.
William Davis struck twice for the home team, with Anthony Webb hitting the other for the hosts.
The Bluebirds are now level on points with their opponents, but sit below them by virtue of goal difference.
Dean Morris, Benjamin James, Owen James and Sam Davis were all on target for Lawrenny during their 4-0 win over Clarbeston Road, while Byron Woodward's strike and James Byrne's brace were not enough to prevent Pembroke Boro from going down 4-3 at Herbrandston seconds.
It was a day to forget for Monkton Swifts' seconds as they lost 10-2 at home to Prendergast Villa reserves. Joseph Boswell and Paul Lacey scored for the home side in what turned out to be their second defeat of the season.
Two goals by goal machine Simon Bancroft were not enough to prevent St. Clears' seconds from going down 3-2 at Neyland for just their second defeat of the season. Despite the reverse, they still lead division four by two points over second placed Herbrandston seconds.
Pendine were involved in a brilliant tussle at home to Saundersfoot Sports' seconds as the game finished 3-3.
Nathan Davies, Jamie Blewitt and Damian Lewis all scored for the home side, with the goals being shared between Luke Wallis, James Mackay and Adam Davies for the visitors.
Carl Vincent scored the first goal for Pennar Robins' thirds in their rout of Milford Athletic seconds as the home side won 8-2.
Michael and Jamie Groves also scored, but the day belonged to Patrick McDonagh, who was on fire with five goals of his own.
Meanwhile, Narberth thirds also drew as their home game against Angle finished 2-2.
Dafydd Wright scored the first for the Bluebirds, with Jake Harden nipping in for the other. For Angle, Jason Evans scored both.
Rhys Jenkins fired one home for Lawrenny seconds, but they lost 7-1 at Camrose and, despite goals from Calum Syddall, Alex Moore and Adam Muskett, Carew seconds went down 4-3 at home to Letterston seconds.
Finally, there were goals aplenty at Pembroke Boro seconds as the home team went down 7-3 against Hundleton Seconds.
Chris Oak, Richard Evans and Lee Walker all scored for the home team, but a brace by Craig Manning and two by Scott A'Lee helped Hundleton on the road to success, with Mark Jones, Shaun Newberry and Lee Murray all chipping in with one of their own.
