BLUSTERY conditions met the seven Tenby crews, amongst the 45 who entered Saundersfoot’s Coppet week.
Four races were sailed, with Dave Griffiths and Maurice Clarke in Osprey 1365, Carpé Diem, winning race one, but they damaged their mast in race two, which ended their sailing for the week.
Dan Jackson and Matt Goldwait in Osprey 1380 showed their expertise to win the series.
Three other Tenby boats, Steve and Jas Stubbs in RS400 1186, Steve Leach in RS600 874, and Ellie and Julian Cumpsty in R241, completed the four races.

In second place overall were Sam McKay and James Vyse in Chase SC, Kestrel 1628 and third were Oscar Chess and Paul Griffiths in Tata SC, Osprey 1348.
Racing for all classes continues on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Thursday June 12th sees the next class race for Redwings.
The Redwing Inland National Championship 2025 is being run by Tenby Sailing Club at Llys y Fran reservoir on 21-22 June.
The annual Tenby Regatta and Round Caldey race is on the weekend of 12-13 July and preparation is well under way for the National Championships for GP 14s, Miracles, and Enterprise classes to be held at the beginning of August, followed by the National Redwing Championships later in the month.
The next cruiser race is on Saturday June 7th at 3.45pm.
The annual Passage race from Pembroke Haven Yacht Club to Tenby is on Saturday, June 14th, with prizes totalling £500 on offer.
Swansea Yacht Club are organising an event to sail to Tenby on the same day.
Junior training takes place every Wednesday evening starting at 5.30pm, followed by Terry’s legendary BBQ.
A Level 1 Powerboat course has been scheduled for Sunday, 31 August for junior members.
