Narberth Dynamos are a social cycling club that rides from the Bloomfield Centre in Narberth during the summer, every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6 pm; they ride between 20 and 30 miles.

Sweeper on a Tuesday - senior member rides at back to make sure everyone ok.

During the winter, indoor turbo cycling at Bloomfield on Tuesday nights.

On a Sunday, we meet at 9 am for a 40-60 mile cycle, usually with cake stop. Rides are usually at a medium pace (13-17mph), but always regularly regather everyone.

RECENT EVENTS

Dan Lewis completed a trip through France finishing on Mount Ventoux.

Mat Greener rode from Geneva to Avignon, including Alpe D’huez and Mount Ventoux, 669km and 13km of ascending.
