With the business end of the season now in full swing, teams from across the leagues were looking to get points on the board, to put themselves in the best possible position.

There was also cup action, with teams from South Pembrokeshire being involved.

Neyland suffered heartbreak in the West Wales Cup as they lost out to Trostre Sports.

The match ended 2-2 at the end of normal time thanks to goals from Wayne Parry and Jason Griffiths.

However, two goals in extra-time from the visitors ended Neyland’s chances of winning the competition.

Turning back to league action and in Division One, Carew’s hopes of winning the title were given a boost with a 6-2 win over hapless Saundersfoot Sports.

Fraser Findlay’s hat-trick helped his side on their way to a comfortable win over the league’s bottom side.

Scott Ferney continued his remarkable season by getting himself on the scoresheet.

Jack Christopher and Shaun Whitfield completed the scoring for Carew.

Rhys Bates and Adam Davidson scored what turned out to be consolations for the visitors.

Carew are just three points behind league leaders Hakin and two points behind second placed Monkton Swifts.

However, both Hakin and Monkton Swifts have played two games less.

It was a miserable day for Narberth who were trounced 9-0 by Hakin United.

St. Clears’ game with Monkton Swifts was postponed and will be played at a later date.

In Division Two, Kilgetty made it back to back wins with a 4-1 victory over Solva.

Jordan Gorman’s brace and goals from Harry Lawrence and Richard Cope secured the points for the home side.

There was six-goal thriller across the Cleddau Bridge as Milford United and Lawrenny played out a 3-3 draw.

Moving on to Division Three and there was terrific entertainment between Cosheston and Pembroke Boro.

With neither side concentrating on defence, the match finished 5-5 in a game where both sides showed just how good they are attacking-wise.

Nathan Ferrier scored a remarkable four goals for Cosheston, with Jake Campbell also getting in on the scoring act.

Phil John’s hat-trick and a brace from Stuart Slater secured an important point for the Boro.

Tenby will be firm favourites for the Division Four Cup after they reached the final in style.

They brushed aside their opponents Haverfordwest CC II, winning by nine goals to nil.

In the other semi-final, Narberth II’s quest for the trophy was ended when they lost 3-1 against Milford United II.

Jon Marson scored Narberth II’s only goal of the game.

Meanwhile, in Division Four, Aiden Rainbow’s goal secured a point for St. Clears after they drew 1-1 with St. Ishmaels II.
