Dear sirs, Over the weekend of 30th June, 1st July and 2nd July I experienced what can only be described as a Goddamn awful weekend caused by the dreadful racket and unnecessary loud 'entertainment machine' spewing from the Salterns car park in the name of the Long Course Weekend.
More like the long misery weekend which after two days of wall to wall bang, bang, thump, thump amplified nonsense was followed swiftly by some dreadful live music, wailing.. "My, my, my Delilah" coming from the 'brown beer tent' which fires up every now and then at the same location.
But the question is..."does anyone care?" and "Why, why, why Delilah?"
Haven't we all had enough of the Long 'Pain In The Neck' Course Weekends centred around Tenby? Why can't it be located 'out of town' and 'out of ear shot' of people's homes who are just not interested.
