A Pembroke Dock youth has been fined after pleading guilty to possessing a quantity of cannabis.

Nineteen-year-old Martin John Hughes, of 43 Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, was arrested on November 18, after police executed a drugs search warrant at his property.

Officers found an amount of herbal cannabis in a plastic bag next to his bed and a further quantity in a tub, with the amount in Mr. Hughes' possession totalling 34.8 grammes.

Haverfordwest magistrates fined Mr. Hughes £65 and he was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £15.
