A team of pupils from Narberth CP School represented Pembrokeshire in the Welsh Books Council children's books competition finals at Aberystwyth. They emerged as winners, beating off rival schools from every county in Wales. The pupils participated in a discussion session and a presentation on a number of books. During the day, workshops were organised for the teams and supporters, with well known authors contributing.
