250 miles, 27 cyclists, three charities. Pembrokeshire YFC undertake their toughest challenge yet next week; The Pembs YFC BIG Adventure 2018.

The members of Pembrokeshire YFC will set off for the Annual Convention in Blackpool from Haverfordwest Showground, raising money along the way for three worthwhile charities.

For the past five months the members have been training and raising money for Wales Air Ambulance, Prostate Cymru and Pembrokeshire YFC.

Pembrokeshire YFC County chairman, Non Thorne, said: “Each year, the YFC County chairman chooses their own unique challenge or fundraiser, and this year I thought I’d push the boundaries with an endurance challenge.

“So far, we’ve raised over £4,000 for our three charities - the support we’ve received from friends, family and local businesses has been exceptional. We’re truly overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity.

“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have helped and donated. Without your support this adventure wouldn’t have been possible.”

The members will be cycling 75 miles to Aberystwyth, another 80 miles to Oswestry, 45 miles to Liverpool, then a final 50 miles to Blackpool.
