THE current vice-chairman of Martletwy club, Janet Morgan, of Shelley Road, Haverfordwest, has been selected as this year's County YFC Rally Queen.
A former Miss County Show and recipient of the Wayne Mathias memorial award (given for excellent YFC work that is recognised in no other way), she also won the prize for the best club secretary and an all-Wales club history project.
Another of her many successes was winning the Royal Welsh Rural Affairs competition to promote your local parish.
Having obtained her qualifications from a course of European Secretarial studies, she has, for the past four years, been an employee of the Pembrokeshire College where she is a Learning at Work administrator.
Her attendants are to be Diane Parry, also of Martletwy club, Bethan Vaughan, Llysyfran, and Sera Johnson and Gaynor Lewis, both of Eglwyswrw.
The County Rally will be held at the County Showground, Haverfordwest, on Saturday, May 18.
