X Factor star Jay James Picton will be performing in South Pembrokeshire later this month.

He's been invited to the opening celebrations of Pennar's new modern luxury development, The Crescent at Pennar Point.

The official opening takes place on Saturday, March 28, and will be performed by the Mayor of Pembroke Dock, Clr. Mrs. Pam George.

During 10 am - 5 pm festivities, there will also be appearances by Elsa, Pepper Pig, Spiderman, Moshi Monster, Katsuma and Poppet, plus a gladiator duel disco, bouncy castles, three-hour stage show with Radio Pembrokeshire broadcast and refreshments.

Said FBM partner Dominic Subbiani: "We are so excited with what has been arranged for our open day at The Crescent. These properties are truly stunning and great value.
