Sir,
We are all very concerned about the pedestrianisation of the streets within the town walls. One or two points I feel worth mentioning:
1. Residents parking, removal of double yellow lines in certain places - the Paragon is one.
2. More car parking facilities with Park and Ride. Possibly another multi-storey on the North Beach Car Park? Leaving room for the coaches as at present.
3. Personally it seems there would be less 'hassle' if all residents had free access - as it appears 'chaos' before 11 and after 5.
