Pembrokeshire's Yasemin Özdemir joins Michael Sheen for Welsh National Theatre debut"Hairdressers usually have to travel a long way to see this sort of demonstration," said owner of Head 2 Toe, Janet Hayward.
"It's really nice to be able to offer the opportunity to salon owners and freelance hairdressers in Pembrokeshire to see an outside perspective from someone like Michael who has had extensive experience in the industry."
Michael is a partner in the Cardiff based family business Constantinou Brothers which was formed when his father and uncles came from Cyprus to start a new life in Wales. He won his world championships between 1990 and 1996 in Tokyo, Rotterdam and London.
"It is imperative for hairdressers to keep learning as many people want to emulate the latest fashions. I am very pleased to be able to help with people's development. In my experience, the sort of demonstration I gave today can short-cut the learning process," said Michael Constantinou.
The all day demonstration is part a series of professional development activities for trained hairdressers held at the college, including Indian head massage, hair perming and advanced colouring techniques.
