Narberth Museum is delighted to report that work is well underway on its new home, the Bonded Stores in Church Street.
Great progress has been made since the contractors, W. J. G. Evans, of Haverfordwest, started on site in October and curator, Pauline Griffiths said that she has every confidence that the museum will re-open in the summer next year.
The project, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Welsh Government, has taken eight years to come to fruition and will provide not only a brand new visitor attraction for the town, but an excellent resource for researchers and schools to learn more about Narberth's colourful history.
