Tenby Coastguard rescue team assisted ambulance crew with the evacuation of a woman with a fractured leg from Manorbier last week.
The incident occurred shortly after 3.30 pm, on Thursday, when the 52-year-old local woman was walking with her partner and her dog. When she called the dog, he knocked her over and she heard a crack from her lower left leg, causing a possible break or sprain.
Ambulance paramedics treated her on the scene before Coastguards carried her to an awaiting ambulance, and onward to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest for treatment.
