A 41-year-old mother of three sustained a suspected dislocated elbow after falling on the cliff path below Swallow Tree Gardens last Thursday afternoon. Ruth Jennings, on holiday with her family from Wolverhampton, slipped while chasing after her four-year-old child. Her husband used his mobile phone to call ambulance control, who in turn requested coastguard assistance to carry the injured woman from the coastal location. During the period of the rescue services responding, the husband assisted his wife through the woods and up to the reception at Swallow Tree Gardens holiday park, where her injury was stabilised, before she was conveyed by ambulance to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.
