A woman had to be cut from her vehicle by firefighters using hydraulic equipment following a road traffic collision on Wednesday morning.

Emergency services were called at 8.55 am to the incident on the A4075 Carew to A40 road.

Fire crews from Pembroke Dock and Narberth attended the scene where hydraulic equipment was used.

Two adults and two children were taken to hospital by ambulance.

Graeme Callan, watch manager at Pembroke Dock Fire Station, said: "We attended a road traffic collision on the A4075 involving two cars, and a female casualty was cut from one of the vehicles.

"Four people were taken to hospital by ambulance, including two children. The adults were transported on spine boards."
