A newly-erected white aluminium post box which had been secured to a stone wall at the entrance of a farm lane on the B4313 near Maenclochog has been removed.

The theft occurred sometime between Sunday, February 13, and last Friday.

Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen any persons or vehicles acting suspiciously along the B4313 road leading to Maenclochog.
