The annual general meeting was held on August 2, with the entire committee of trustees standing for election. Voted in by a two-thirds majority of 51 members present were: Caroline John - chairperson; Mike Tormey and Wendy Evans - co-chairpersons; Haulwen Warlow - treasurer; Marian Jenkins - secretary; trustees - Kath Brehaut, Elaine Davies, Joyce Harris, Dorothy Hirons, Rosemary Griffiths, Janet Jenkins, Rob Jones, Penny Lawrence and Sharon Thomas.
