Described in Alan Shepherd's A Visitor's Guide to Pembrokeshire as 'a picturesque little beach at the end of the wooded Pleasant Valley', Wiseman's Bridge is accessible on foot from Saundersfoot via a promenade which used to carry coal trains.
You can walk on a woodland footpath (on the west side, past the conveniences), or through the aptly named Pleasant Valley to see the remains of the Kilgetty Ironworks at Stepaside, and visit the craft village nearby.
