An array of glass trophies and framed certificates are taking centre stage in the office window of FBM Holidays.
The team at Pembrokeshire's award-winning holiday letting agency are celebrating their sixth prestigious recognition this year after scooping two awards this month.
Already this year, FBM Holidays have been recognised for their eCommerce strategies, successful marketing campaigns, and high quality customer service.
FBM's window of fame currently exhibits three awards from the Radio Pembrokeshire Business Awards, for best customer service, eCommerce and the gold award, in addition to the Pembrokeshire Tourism Awards which they received this month, the gold award for best marketing campaign and silver for best customer service team.
FBM Holidays were also finalists in the National eCommerce Awards 2014 for the best holidays and travel eCommerce to which they were amongst national companies such as The Lloyd's Banking Group, Thomas Cook and Halfords.
Tim Brace, partner at FBM Holidays, reflects on one of the most successful years for the local firm: "This has been an incredibly exciting year for FBM Holidays, we have won a staggering five awards and came in as finalists in the National eCommerce Awards.
