The search is on for Pembrokeshire County Council's Unsung Hero 2012.

The annual award recognises council employees who have delivered excellent customer service.

"If you've experienced exceptional service, then why not nominate that person for the Unsung Hero award?" said Ceri Davies, head of human resources.

"It might be someone from a community centre, school, leisure centre, library, or perhaps a cleaner, social worker, or transport driver."

The winner of the Unsung Hero Award 2012 was Paul Rapi, teacher at Greenhill School, Tenby.

Nomination forms are available on http://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk">www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk, from customer service centres, or by phoning Pembrokeshire County Council on 01437 764551.

Completed nomination forms need to be returned to the council by Monday, November 5.
