In my previous letter to the Tenby Observer, I said why was the money received for the sale of all of 'the flat roofed structure' at the rear of the Barbecue not retained to renovate the building, and that the money should not have gone into general funds.
Clr. John Davies's reply said the money had not gone into general funds - but I have a letter dated March 8, 2005, from Property and Management stating, 'the proceeds of sale have been credited to the authority's general funds, to be used in accordance with the council's priorities'.
