Whitland Town Hall is looking for more people to join its committee. Meetings take place the second Monday in the month at 7.30 pm.
A number of classes are held in the hall, including karate, social dancing, sequence dancing, gardening club, short mat bowling, performing arts and others.

Variety concert: It is also hoped to arrange a Variety Concert at the hall, with the object of promoting talent from different areas.
Do you think you have talent? Performances should be no longer than four minutes. You are required to bring your own tapes, CDs, accompanist etc.
Auditions will take place at a date and time to be advertised. Acts of any kind are acceptable and all age groups are invited.
Please acknowledge in writing if you wish to audition, stating what you do. The artists chosen to take part in the show will be informed by post or phone.
