The Whitland mother of six came second in the BBC Wales television contest, which tracked five new businesses for a year.

Stephanie's day nursery in Haverfordwest, 'Little Darlings', has proved such a success, that she has recently opened up a second one in Whitland.

"It was a very rewarding experience and has given me a tremendous amount of confidence," said Stephanie.

"The people of Whitland have given such tremendous support and it just goes to show that anyone can make a success of a new business if they work hard at it."
