Hot from working with Pink Floyd’s Durga McBroom and recording at the world famous Rockfield Studios, Darkside, the Pink Floyd Show is performing at Tenby‘s De Valence Pavilion tomorrow (Saturday) with a night of Pink Floyd’s music, spanning the band’s back catalogue.
Continuing their successful ‘Which One’s Pink?’ tour, the top musicians have been delighting audiences across the UK with the empathy and passion that the band calls ‘the fine art of Floyd’. This year’s brand-new show includes songs from the Syd Barret era through to the later Division Bell album and will, of course, include favourites from The Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall and Wish You Were here.
The emphasis, as ever, will be on immersing you in the experience of being at a real Floyd show and leave you wanting more. This year, Darkside has also worked collaboratively with the National Space Centre to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo space programme in the Sir Patrick Moore planetarium. As Durga McBroom said after here recent performance with the band “you all clearly love this music. Plus, the production was excellent”, something the band are very proud of.
