Sir, I was one of the few people who was pleased to get my compost bin and started to use it right away, but, hey, guess what, I now have my own family of rats. Lucky me. So be warned, if you use your bin (without buying the grill base to go on it), you too could have your very own rat family. Thank you council. Anybody know where the Pied Piper is?
