The smallest bird the man brought was the Little Owl. Little Owls eat lots of insects and it is 22 cm in height (write Ryan Marsh and James Maxwell).
Another bird he brought in was the Barn Owl; these owls almost seem ghost-like.
Another bird he brought in was the Tawny Owl. The Tawny owl is 38 cm in height; the Tawny Owls are more often seen than heard, you mainly see them at night.
The softest bird he brought in was the Snowy Owl; it is so amazing, if his feathers are coming out he can replace them. There is always a chance that this magnificent predator will breed again in Northern Scotland, but at present it is only a rare visitor. It is 65 cm in height.
Another bird he brought in was the Peregrine Falcon; it is 50 cm in height. Peregrines have made a steady recovery from the earlier effects of pesticides and persecution. They have even started to nest in some of our cities.
Some lucky people were honoured to hold the biggest bird he brought in; it was Eagle Owl. The people who held him were Tom Kidney, Shannon Evans, Natalie Howells, Egill Gunnars, Leah Mycroft, Chloe Lamb and Jack Tallon.
Some more lucky people were asked to sit around the Eagle Owl and get a photo taken with him. They were Jordan Boswell, Emma Lamb, Joshua Davies and Liam Pilot.
