Congratulations to local girl Ella Wintle, a former pupil of Tenby Junior School, who became a treble Welsh champion at the Welsh Indoor Athletics Championships in Cardiff last weekend.

Representing Pembrokeshire Harriers, she achieved gold medals in the U13 60m hurdles, 60m sprint and 200m, and a bronze medal in 800m.

Da iawn Ella and well done, too, to all the other Pembrokeshire Harriers competitors.
